Size is 4-1/4″ x 2-1/4″ Screen-printed on pressure-sensitive white vinyl. Consecutive numbers are 7/32″ high and printed black on white background. Numbering is included in price.
An artwork fee of $20 is due before artwork begins. Please Identify Repeat Orders.

Consecutive Numbering: Numbering is included in price. Black consecutive numbers must be printed on white background. Please specify beginning and ending number when ordering.
Number Sequence Change: We will change the numbering sequence for $11 per each change.
Custom Color Match: Add $49.00 per color to be matched.
Copy / Color Changes: Copy or color changes are available at the combined quantity price plus $46.00 per each change. Copy and color changes cannot be combined on the same order. Item number and material must remain the same on entire order. Each change must be in multiples of 125.
